Mark J. Hanna

Mark is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Hanna Global Solutions. A 30+ year veteran, Mark holds many professional credentials, including Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) Registered Employee Benefit Consultant (REBC) Registered Health Underwriter (RHU) and Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR). Mark is recognized internationally for professional and industry accomplishments, having served on many local, state and national boards of directors, including the Society of Financial Service Professionals and the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. Mark is a member of the Association of Advanced Life Underwriting (AALU) and has served as a Divisional Vice President of the Million Dollar Round Table. In 2007 Mark was Chairman of the MDRT “Top of the Table”. Joe Genovese

Joe is President and Chief Financial Officer at Hanna Global Solutions. A former senior executive with a number of large and well known insurance providers, Joe brings over 20 years of relevant international employee benefit planning experience. Joe is an expert in designing the complete benefit solution for clients with complex and often competing needs. A master in crafting unique and cost effective benefit financing mechanisms, Joe is recognized throughout the industry for his involvement in the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU) and sits on the Advisory Board of United Benefit Advisors (UBA). Mathew Augustine

Mathew is Chief Operating Officer at Hanna Global Solutions and is responsible for developing and deploying technology enabled service solutions for Hanna’s global clients. He is a graduate of India’s prestigious technology and management schools, IIT and IIM. His 27 year career spans marketing and advertising, technology products and services, HR and employee benefits in India as well as in the United States. Mathew holds an insurance license in California and has earned credentials as a Registered Employee Benefits Consultant (REBC), and Registered Health Underwriter (RHU). He is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and has recently earned his credential, as a Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR).

Venkatesh Tadinada

Venkat is Chief Technology Officer at Hanna Global Solutions. With dual Masters Degrees in Computer Sciences and Business Administration, Venkat brings a rare blend of technical expertise and comprehensive understanding of business issues. Venkat has over 20 years of experience working in various senior management roles with Ernst and Young's consulting division, and other leading management consulting organizations before founding a technology services company, Solivar, Inc. Venkat has been closely involved with Employee Self Service and other Benefits Technology Platforms using the latest web technologies for the past ten years. Venkat brings deep experience in architecting products and has led entire product development life cycles from conception to commercialization.


Sudhir Pai

Sudhir brings to Hanna Global Solutions over thirteen years of experience as a Global Accounting Professional. He is an Associate Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), and a Certified Public Accountant from the Texas State Board of Accountancy. As Director Tax and Compliance, Sudhir helps clients of HGS navigate the complex world of global accounting practices and regulations. Sudhir began his career with Infosys Technologies Ltd., as Accounts Officer - Finance and Administration, in India, and grew to AVP and Head - Finance & Administration - USA. He left the company to pursue his own entrepreneurial venture, and founded Global Value Add, Inc., a global service business offering value added Income Tax solutions (Tax Planning, Preparation, Filing, Representation and Advisory Services) to Residents and Non Residents in United States, India, Canada, and the United Kingdom.


Jan Cameron

Jan has over 25 years experience as a design and administration expert in the field of Qualified Retirement Plans. She is a partner in a CPA firm, with her team, managing that firms clients Qualified Plan Administration. Prior to joining HGS, Jan owned an Independent Third Party Administration company administering Qualified Retirement Plans and provided oversight and compliance support for over 200 plans of varied sizes, including 1-person plans to plans with participant headcount exceeding 10,000. Jan's responsibilities to HGS clients include trust account reconciliation, annual 5500 filings, and compliance test work such as ADP and ACP. She works with IRS and Department of Labor, and is very familiar with its processes and challenges. Jan supports HGS clients in annual filing and disclosure requirements, and has worked on multiple VCP applications. Jan's years of experience combined with an acute sense of detail and accuracy makes her invaluable as a trusted advisor to keep our clients out of trouble with changing regulations when it comes to their retirement plans.
