CCIIO Exempts HRAs From Applying for Annual Limit Waivers

The U.S. Center for Consumer Information and Insurance Oversight (CCIIO) has issued guidance with respect to the application of the existing annual limit waiver criteria to Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs)
