Position Title: Implementation Manager. Reports to: Vice President, Operations. Full-Time/Part-Time: Full-Time. FSLA Status: Exempt.
The Implementation Manager is accountable for on-boarding clients onto the company's proprietary benefits eligibility management platform and related services. The Implementation Manager works with the sales team and our broker partners to develop a deep understanding of the client requirements and to develop solutions. The Implementation Manager coordinates efforts among team members and third-party vendors to ensure successful and timely implementations.
Lead client implementation projects after close of sale
Work with clients and broker partners to gather and document set-up requirements
Identify changes in project scope or potential issues and manage client expectations
Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate team members and ensure progress stays on track
Utilizes project management tools to ensure all parties are updated on project status
Conduct regular project status meetings both internally and externally
Performs Quality Assurance review of system and facilitates the client's user acceptance testing
Provide training to clients before going live on the system
Provide product management team with client feedback on the system's capabilities and functionality
Desired Education and Experience:
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
Benefits or HR-related certification such as CEBS, GBA, PHR, or SPHR is a plus
5+ years of experience in an Account Manager or Customer Relationship Manager role
Knowledge of employee benefit programs while working for a technology company, insurance carrier, or broke
Excellent communication skills and passion for client success
Good time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple client needs
