EDI Analyst

Position Title: EDI Analyst.
Reports to: Team lead, EDI
Full-Time/Part-Time: Full-Time.
Work Location: Bangalore, India.

Position Description:

To perform operations related to US Employee Benefits Administration - Ongoing EDI. Executing daily operations to ensure employees' benefits information are sent to appropriate carriers (benefits providers). Handling Carrier and Client Relationship Team queries.

Required Qualification:

Diploma in CSc / IT or Graduate (BCA, BBM/BBA, B.Com, B.E/B.Tech)

Nature of Experience:

  • Experience in handling large volume of data
  • Exposure to completion of daily tasks and deliverables
  • Achievement of one or more critical responsibility with previous employer/university
  • Balanced approach towards data accuracy at par with quality
  • Work experience from US Benefits Administration - added advantage
  • Knowledge on VBA - added advantage

Competencies / Behavioural skills:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Basic/ Intermediate understanding and knowledge of EDI
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook and other MS Office applications
  • Should be Detail Oriented
  • Willingness to work independently or as part of a team
  • Ability to troubleshoot critical incidents
  • Ability to multi-task and re-align activities to meet daily deadlines
  • Experience in Customer/Vendor Service skills
  • Flexible towards rotational shift timings (including night shifts) and working extra hours
