Position Title: Client Relationship Manager. Reports to: Vice President, Operations. Full-Time/Part-Time: Full-Time. FSLA Status: Exempt.
The Client Relationship Manager maintains relationships with insurance brokers, channel partners, and key clients to ensure satisfaction with all products and services. The Client Relationship Manager positively represents Hanna Global Solutions by serving as the client's internal advocate for all product - related inquiries and escalations. The Client Relationship proactively communicates with partners to ensure a successful open enrollment and ongoing service.
Facilitate resolution of day-to-day partner/client items such as clarifying services or issues with products
Serve as the escalation point for urgent issues
Ensures that clients experience a smooth transition once implemented onto system
Proactively coordinates the required tasks to ensure a complete and accurate Open Enrollment
Acts as the liaison between the channel partner and the internal implementation, EDI, and Billing teams to ensure all changes are made timely and accurately
Provides training and coaching to channel partners as necessary
Identifies reoccurring issues or potential enhancements and proactively communicates with product management
Desired Education and Experience:
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
Benefits or HR-related certification such as CEBS, GBA, PHR, or SPHR is a plus
5+ years of experience in an Account Manager or Customer Relationship Manager role
Knowledge of employee benefit programs while working for an insurance carrier, broker, technology company, or in a corporate HR department
Excellent communication skills and passion for client success
Good time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple client needs
