Position Title: Benefits Administration - Senior Executive.
Reports to: Team lead, Benefits Administration.
Full-Time/Part-Time: Full-Time.
Work Location: Bangalore, India.

Position Description:

To perform operations related to US Employee Benefits Administration and play a key role in providing inputs to the Payroll Team before salary processing. Managing employee database and providing regular reports to clients. Handling employee queries and providing excellent customer service.

Required Qualification:

Diploma or Graduate (BBM/BBA or B.Com)

Nature of Experience:

  • Handling data reports and data analysis
  • Exposure to completion of daily tasks and deliverables
  • Balanced approach towards data accuracy at par with quality
  • Auditing billing and deduction reports and responding to client and employee queries to meet the SLA
  • Having Good Knowledge in US Benefit Administration (such as Health and Welfare, Life Insurance, Disability, Payroll, COBRA, claims and Carrier Billing).
  • Reviewing reports worked upon by executives to ensure quality is in place and providing feedback on a regular basis.
  • Training new recruits and providing suggestions to improve the process.
  • Communicating with the clients and carriers on a regular basis to resolve any disputes or discrepancies.

Competencies / Behavioural skills:

  • Ability to handle large volumes of employee data. Usage of Microsoft Excel file
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook and other MS Office applications
  • Attention to detail
  • Willingness to work independently or as part of a team
  • Ability to troubleshoot critical incidents
  • Ability to multi-task and re-align activities to meet daily deadlines
  • Experience in Customer/Vendor Service skills
  • Flexible towards rotational shift timings (including night shifts) and working extra hours.
  • Preferably good typing skills
  • Knowledge of Excel Formulas and experience on working with Macros.
